Firgelli Automations offer a complete family of linear Actuators. The Firgelli Auto line of linear actuators provides both a broader range and, for a given speed and force, significantly higher thrust than previously available and much greater Stroke offerings. We develop our own line of Electric Linear Actuators that are manufactured by ourselves and we sell directly to the end customer, and to other retailers and distributors.

As a result our prices are the lowest around. We are always looking for distributors from all over the world, if you feel you can purchase in volumes please get in touch.

Firgelli Automations Launches a New Line of Linear Actuators with the Emphasis on Style and a Price Bracket of Only $110 Retail

BELLINGHAM, Wash., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ — When it comes to linear
actuators, auto enthusiasts, home hobbyists and retailers all want the same
thing: stylish actuators, and low prices. By that criteria, it looks like one
manufacturer has hit the ball out of the park. With its new line of linear
actuators, Firgelli Automations (http://www.firgelliauto.com) has broken the
mold of ugly linear actuators and is launching an all-new tubular-style
actuator, that is both great on the eyes and even better on the wallet. You
may remember Firgelli Automations from last year’s release of the $100
actuator that was completely unheard of in the industry. Now Firgelli
Automations has taken the next step and is launching its sleek tube actuator.
Priced across the board at $109.99 retail, Firgelli Automations’ actuator
options include strokes from six inches to 30 inches, and all are powered by
12vdc and provide 150 lbs push/pull capacity. The company’s also working on a
higher-force/lower-speed actuator of the same type, as well as faster and
lower-force versions. Of course, Firgelli Automations’ sub-$100 linear
actuators have been available for some time with four different speeds and
forces to choose from and strokes as low as two inches.
“The wider range of styles, sizes, forces and speeds available in Firgelli
Automations’ linear actuators makes for an equally broad range of
applications,” explained Robbie Dickson, president of Firgelli Automations.
“Along with lifting hoods, tonneau covers, and trunks, Firgelli Automations’
actuators have been used extensively for custom home automation, furniture
applications, TV lifts, and in various industrial functions.”
The single biggest factor setting Firgelli apart from other manufacturers,
though, is price, said Dickson. The company’s products typically cost 50 to
150 percent less than most others, and it is the only manufacturer in the
world to offer a linear actuator under $100. In OEM volumes, Firgelli
Automations’ price per actuator drops to as little as $30.

Firgelli Automations Breaks $100 Price Barrier for Linear Actuators

BELLINGHAM, Wash., June 2 /PRNewswire/ — When it comes to linear actuators, auto enthusiasts, home hobbyists and retailers, all want the same things: lower prices with more speed, force and stroke options. By those criteria, it looks like one manufacturer has hit the ball out of the park. With its new line of linear actuators, Firgelli Automations (http://www.firgelliauto.com) has broken the $100 price barrier while offering twice as many stroke options, speeds and forces as most others on the market. Priced across the board at $99 retail, Firgelli Automations actuator options include standard force, high force and high speed. All are powered by a 12vDC and can be operated by their remote control systems. While all Firgelli Automations linear actuators are available in 6-inch to 24-inch lengths, the company’s standard force actuators also offer a 3-inch stroke option, and from June they will also offer a 2-inch stroke. High-force Firgelli actuators offer the highest push/pull capacity at 165 pounds, followed by standard force actuators at 110 pounds and high-speed actuators at 28 pounds. Conversely, high-speed Firgelli actuators run at 2 inches per second; standard force actuators offer a 1/2 inch per second speed at full load, and high force actuators run at around 1/4 inch per second at full load. “The wider range of sizes, forces and speeds available in Firgelli Automations’ linear actuators makes for an equally broad range of applications,” explained Robbie Dickson, Founder of Firgelli Automations. “Along with lifting hoods, tonneau cover lifts, trunks and Lamborghini door lifts, Firgelli actuators have been used extensively for custom home theater and car audio projects, golf cart customization, Plasma TV lifts, and in various industrial functions. The applications seem to be endless.” The single biggest factor setting Firgelli Automations apart from other manufacturers, though, is price, said Robbie Dickson. The company’s products typically cost 50% to 150% less than most others, and it is the only manufacturer in the world to offer a linear actuator under $100. In OEM volumes, Firgelli Automations price per actuator drops to as little as $30. Since its founding in 2003, Firgelli Automations has employed a twofold strategy to keep its prices low, combining strategic use of offshore machining capabilities with volume selling. And, with an ever-expanding product line and a company-wide dedication to continuously offering the widest range of options available in the industry, Firgelli is likely to stay ahead of the pack for a long time to come.
